Customer Reviews

The K4 is an excellent, well-built unit. When I tried it at the 15-click setting for Turkish grind, it was considerably slower, but I compensated by using a small hand drill on a slow stage. I bought it specifically for espresso and Turkish efforts, and it performs very well in these ranges.

For fresh medium-light (somewhat hard) and medium-dark roast beans, 63 clicks give me a consistently good pull with a 13g dose. For other amounts, I have tried between 50 to 70 clicks. The K4 output is more than satisfactory enough for excellent extraction, and the high number of clicks allows precise dial-in between sour and bitter.

I bought this for my French press and poured it over in addition to my espresso maker. I’m pleased with the outcomes. I could precisely tune my espresso using the fine grind settings of 16-micron stepwise adjustments.

Comparison

Exterior Adjustment (K4 and K6)

The external adjustment design moves the traditional internal adjustment from the inside to the outside. The calculated click is ten clicks per number, 60 clicks altogether, and a distance of 16 m (microns) between each click.

K4

One of KINGrinder’s premium grinders. The massive titanium-coated burr design and external adjustment of 16m per click make this manual coffee grinder ideal for making espresso.

Two cups of double-shot espresso can be grounded in it. And when drinking pour-over coffee, you’ll probably taste the sweetness of the medium or medium-dark-roasted coffee beans.

K6

The K6. One another of KINGrinder’s premium grinders. The heptagonal stainless steel large burr design and external adjustment of this fine grinder, which can grind a variety of coffee, give away its versatility. There was a taste of the tart apple on the lightly roasted coffee beans for pour-over.

K0

A smaller burr design of 38mm with the capacity of a single cup, it cannot support espresso and Turkish coffee. An ideal grinder for whom has just begun drinking coffee.

K3

The K3 manual espresso coffee grinder. The Titanium-Coated Burr is the burr design for 48mm (same as the K4). If you want an espresso grinder with 18 m per click that can work with all espresso machines, the K3 is an excellent deal.

The best grinding uniformity can be found in a smaller version of the K6 that uses the same 48mm heptagonal stainless steel burr as the other versions. The adjustability design makes a significant impact. At a lower cost, you might experience the same high-end flavor as the K6.
