Coffee is the better choice if you want to stay awake.

However, don’t underestimate tea as black and green tea can certainly keep you awake and alert too!
Coffee and tea are both popular and great beverages. You’d be hard-pressed to find any household that doesn’t have either coffee or tea in their cupboards.

I think caffeine is something that you should watch out for when consuming tea and coffee. Too much caffeine can lead to jitters, anxiety, headaches, diarrhea, and many other caffeine-related discomforts.
What makes the difference between them is that coffee contains more caffeine and is usually mixed with additives that aren’t really healthy.
But the bottom line is: there is no definitive way to decide which one is better.
It all comes down to you and your taste buds!
The health risks can be managed as long as you don’t go overboard with your intake.
