In my opinion, tea contains the least caffeine and is considered to be a natural drink making it the best everyday drink option for health-conscious and caffeine-sensitive people.

Energy drinks may help you boost energy better than coffee or tea but for daily use, they can be extremely harmful as they contain huge amounts of sugar.

Also, energy drinks are not completely natural drink as it contains preservatives and chemicals such as food colors, taurine, and many more.

Meanwhile, coffee gives you the energy boost you need and in its purest form doesn’t really have a lot of side effects.

With a bit of moderation and maybe switching to healthier creamers and sweeteners, you won’t have to worry about coffee’s health risks!
